On Saturday it was my sisters party. Her birthday is today though. My family had to get there first so we could set up. At the party there s lots of Kirsty’s friends and I became friend as with some of them. For example I became friends with, Ramsey S, Aron S, Laura R, Leah G and Eliot. when the song  way or another by 1D came on I started dancing to the NRG moves. Then Ramsey came up and said, “if u can show up your bid sister I will take u to Krispy Kreme, if Kirsty shows u up I will buy her the next drink she wants,” so I said ” yes!” I won so next week Ramsey is taking me and my big sister to Krispy Kreme. The party was amazing.

hi this is my finished chocolate cheese cake!

to make it I needed to

squash digestive biscuits,

then put soft butter in it,

then put cream cheese in a different bowl,

then put some Nutella in the cream cheese,

then we put the digestive biscuits flat in a cake tin and the cream cheese on top.

we put it in the fridge overnight and now it looks like this!

I have started to make a chocolate cheese cake. To make it you need=
 250g digestive biscuits/Oreos
 75g unsalted butter (soft)
 400g Nutella (room temp)
 500g cream cheese(soft)
 60g icing sugar
 100g secret ingredient

This is how to make it!!!!!!!

1.break digestives,add butter and 15ml tablespoon of Nutella,blite until it starts to clump, add 25g pulse until damp sandy mixture.

2.tip into 23cm round springform tin, press into base, place in fridge to chill

3.beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth,add remaining Nutella, beat until combined

4.smooth Nutella mixture over base, scatter secret ingredient on top, place tin in the fridge for 4hours or overnight, serve cold
